Achieving the dream of becoming a National and World Champion Triathlete, Lynn decided to pursue a career in bodywork and massage. In 1994 she attained a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies which included anatomy, physiology, sports medicine, massage techniques & a First Aid Certificate.

In 1996 a SLM Diploma was attained, which is a unique form of bodywork that combines massage and acupressure to put the body into a loose and balanced state where all movement is in harmony with the rest of the body.

A Diploma in Chinese Acupressure Massage has recently been added to the range of treatments.Lynn has treated many athletes both professional and recreational. Sports include triathletes, rowers, swimmers, cyclists, netball players, runners and dancers. Experience has included massage before and after marathons and Ironman events.During the Olympic Games, she was contracted by a visiting Microsoft VIP with a party of 12 guests as their personal masseuse.

Lynn’s experience covers positions at five star Sydney Hotel Spa’s and at the Golden Door Resort Spa at Cypress Lakes. A registered therapist, Lynn also treats most pain and injury along with backpain, headaches and energy problems such as Chronic Fatigue problems.

Qualifications Include:
Diploma of Remedial Massage. SLM (Myotherapy) Diploma. Myofacial Release Workshops. Qigong – 12 Cycle Workshop. Sydney 2000 Post Olympic Graduate Workshop, Chinese Massage Diploma and approved massage therapist under WORK COVER

Three marathons – Australia; New Zealand;Dublin.
Guest Lecturer on QE2 1992 on the subject of triathlon, health and motivation.
